Shy, no more

For 15 years, I have shied away from visiting abortion clinics to see the end product of our failure to communicate how important life is, until February of 2012.
I visited the clinic at Hebron in Charlotte and actually felt the evil that exists on site. It was like walking to the precipice and staring over to see the destruction that lay beneath.
But I also saw and experienced God there. The footprints of saints who had worn out the grass, faithfully praying; the dove that descended on the building while I was prayiseing, the robins that were twitter patting, the dogwood tree that was in bloom as they exited the door, and my fellow/sister saints who were quietly addressing the God who created us all.
I shouldn’t have waited that long, to experience what was happening when we lost them in our setting. It has made us more prayerful, more intentional about making sure they see Jesus in us here, counseling with greater conviction.
Now you have an opportunity to join us. This years 40DaysforLife campaign is Sept. 25 through Nov. 3. During the week starting Wednesday, Sept. 25, Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, someone from CPC will be going to prayise. Want to go with us?
For six consecutive Wednesdays, would you join us in Charlotte to prayise over the abortion clinics at Latrobe and Hebron?
We will join with the 40DaysforLife campaign and peacefully, prayerfully, praisefully stand for those who have no voice as well as pray for those who are making the choice to abort, as well as those who are participating in the taking of innocent life.
It will be life changing. It will be spiritual warfare. You will see and experience darkness unlike any you have felt in other settings.
